Your Ingredients. Our Powder Processing.

Outsource drying, grinding, sieving, blending, filling, and packing to Protanica. We work with wet or dry food ingredients—not only cricket products.

From raw material to packed powder

Use the operations your product needs

Bring us your ingredient and desired result. We can combine operations into a processing plan or support a specific part of your production.

Preparation, cooking & drying

Work with wet materials, including preparation such as slicing, cooking, and oven drying before milling. Drying is quoted as part of the required process.

Grinding & sieving

Reduce particle size and sieve the resulting powder. Discuss the desired texture and particle requirements with our team.

Mixing & blending

Combine ingredients for your formulation, with the blend and process agreed for the project.

Filling & packing

Finish the product using available filling and packing formats. Packing and repacking options are reviewed for the material and project.

Is this service limited to crickets?+

No. We welcome inquiries for a wide range of food ingredients, including chicken, fish, other meats, vegetables, herbs, and functional ingredients. Tell us about your material and the output you want so we can review the process together.

Can you cook, slice, dry, and then grind ingredients?+

Yes. Our processing capabilities include preparation such as slicing, cooking, oven drying, grinding, sieving, blending, filling, and packing. We agree on the required operations for each project.

What quantities, particle sizes, or packing formats can you offer?+

These are discussed case by case. You do not need a finished technical brief to contact us. Share what you know and we will advise on available processing and packing options.
